Our story
Autovelle Motors opened its doors in Golden, Colorado in 2002. For more than two decades we have bought and sold cars, trucks, RVs and heavy equipment with one rule: show the buyer everything before any money moves.
That rule is why we became one of the first auto dealers to offer escrow. Your payment is held by a neutral third party and released to us only after your vehicle arrives and you have inspected it.
Today we serve buyers across the country, with condition reports, secure payments and insured delivery on every order.

2. Browsing and listings
You can browse vehicle listings without an account. We work to keep listings accurate, but descriptions, photos, specifications and prices may contain errors or change without notice. A listing is not a binding offer until we confirm availability, price and details with you in writing. Photos are provided for illustration of the actual unit listed; please ask us for any additional photos or documents before you buy.
3. Purchases
A sale is completed only through a written purchase agreement signed by you and by us. The agreement states the final price, the vehicle identification number (VIN), the title status, applicable taxes and fees, and any warranty or “as is” terms. If anything in these Terms conflicts with the purchase agreement, the purchase agreement applies.
4. Payment and escrow
Payment and escrow arrangements are set out in your purchase agreement. Please only send payment as instructed in that agreement or by calling us at (307) 454-4216. We never ask for passwords or card numbers by email or text message. If you receive a request that looks suspicious, contact us before acting on it.
5. Delivery
Delivery dates and costs are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Risk and responsibility during transport are described in your purchase agreement. Please inspect the vehicle on arrival and report any issue to us promptly, as described in that agreement.
6. Accounts
Registration on this site is a request. We may verify your details before activating an account and may decline or close an account at our discretion. You are responsible for providing accurate information.
7. Reviews
Reviews submitted through the site are checked by our team before they are published. We publish reviews from customers who purchased from us, and we may decline reviews that are abusive, unlawful, or not based on a real purchase.
8. Photos, content and intellectual property
The website, logo, text and photographs are owned by Autovelle Motors or used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, republish or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the site in a way that violates the law.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

- Account requests (Register): first and last name, email, phone number and state.
- Reviews: the name you enter, the vehicle (optional), your rating and your comment.
- Messages: your name, email and message when you contact us, and the order number if you ask about a delivery.
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting and service providers may process your IP address and browser information to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We do not ask you to enter payment card numbers or passwords on this website.
2. How we use it
- To set up and verify account requests and to respond to your messages.
- To review and publish customer reviews.
- To arrange vehicle purchases, payment and delivery when you buy from us.

3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers to run the website: a database and file-storage provider (Supabase) that stores the form submissions and vehicle photos, a hosting provider, and Google Fonts and a content delivery network that deliver fonts and scripts to your browser. These providers process data on our behalf. We may also share information when required by law or to complete a transaction you requested (for example, with a delivery or escrow provider named in your purchase agreement).
4. Reviews are public
If we publish your review, your name, rating, comment and vehicle (if provided) will be visible to anyone visiting the site. Tell us if you want a review removed.
5. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, tax and record-keeping requirements for vehicle sales.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to remove a published review, by emailing sales@autovellemotors.com. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests as the law requires.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including access controls on our administration area. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure.
